REBEL GIRL : : CHENILLE RECORD : : A QUILT AS YOU GO QUILT
It's so FUZZY WUZZY!!! I absolutely love chenille and I LOVE making it! Almost as much as I love polka dots!... and let's face it, this quilt, although it uses records as a motif, is a giant polka dot quilt! It's sewn with my Rebel Girl Fabric and celebrates the joy of listening to records, collecting them and the comfort they bring us.
This pattern was written for Love Patchwork & Quilting and is in Issue 100. It is a "Quilt As You Go Quilt", which means it's assembled and quilted all at the same time! It’s one of my favourite ways to quilt. It also allows for using the salvage in a super fun way, connecting the quilt together... AND you know how much I love a good selvage incorporated into a project!
